Approval for the development of the Project has been granted by DTCP vide Memo No. LC-4823-JE (DS)-2022/39037-49 dated 27.12.2022 with Licence no. 213 of 2022 dated 27.12.2022, in favour of Blue Bell Bulidtech Pvt. Ltd., Oakwood Realty Pvt. Ltd. along with M/s Metro Education & Welfare Pvt. Ltd. The Project is duly registered with Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority vide Regn. No. HRERA/REP/HARERA/GGM/992/724/2025/95 dated 16.10.2025 read with Corrigendum dated 22.12.2025. All details of the said registered project are available on www.haryanarera.gov.in and may be verified before by the viewer/recipients at their own independent discretion.
